Knotty Boots has been a dream in the making for quite some time. As a career sales representative based in New England, I am often traveling, encountering bad weather, and needing to look polished and professional. As I searched for the perfect boot, everything I tried on felt clunky, ugly, rubbery, salt-stained, heavy, and masculine.
Inspired by Maine’s history of shoe manufacturing and design, I visually crafted the perfect boot in my mind. Stylish, unique, functional, and a little badass. A bit of professional female powerhouse meets fashionable icon. She goes from the board room to the soccer fields and she always looks great. She’s strong, she’s practical, and maybe even a little bit naughty.
