Returns/Exchanges

We are a small boutique brand with a lot of heart and passion for what we do. We hope you love your new boots, but in the event that you need to exchange or return them, please see our policy below.

Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong size, we would be happy to exchange them for a different size. Please package them as received and ship to: PO Box 567, Yarmouth, ME 04096. Knotty Boots will cover the new shipment but not the return shipping fee.

Returns: For returns, given we produce our boots in custom, small batches, we kindly ask that you return them within 30 days for a full refund. Please package them in the original packaging with the Knotty Boots box and bag, and only return unworn boots with no scuffs or wear & tear.
